NOTE FROM BOARD AND PARTNERS:

Happy Summer from AATUG!!!

Summer is here and it definitely feels like it.  We're trying to stay cool by keeping up with the latest voice technology out there, and of course, staying in the AC. Cool

AATUG decided to be the voice of Atlanta Avaya Users in 1994 (then named AADUG), by allowing them to network through meetings and open forums.  Today, we have the same ambitions, but we want to incorporate other ways of doing so.  At our June meeting, we mentioned our LinkedIn group and the types of discussions we're planning in the future.  We want to know what you're struggling with in your workplace, what projects your working on, and what questions we can help you get answered.   So, please take the time to join our LinkedIn group and get in on the discussion today!

IAUG Update for InAAU Members!

As you have now heard, at the Art of Evolution/Global Connect 2010 Conference in Denver, Colorado, the Presidents of the three Avaya user associations announced the formation of the International Avaya Users Group, Inc. (IAUG), the new, unified Avaya user association that will unite all Avaya and heritage Nortel users. IAUG was founded on the same principles and values as InAAU, INNUA and INSIGHT 100inc. It will be an independent community led by end users, with focus on providing relevant value to benefit you and your company as you maximize your Avaya and heritage Nortel investments.

Since that announcement, the work to create the new group is being spearheaded by a coalition of leaders from each of the organizations to ensure both a speedy process and preservation of the cultures of the existing groups.
